Refund policy

 

If you are not completely satisfied with the items you have purchased, you may exchange or return your purchases within 14 days from the delivery date of your order under the following terms and conditions:

 

- Returned items must be in their original packaging (new) Not open .

- Items should be clean and NOT used.

- Tags should be on.

* Please note that in case of exchange or returns, the customer will handle the additional cost of the delivery charges.

* Return or exchang can be applied only after the returned items have been received by us. Then the items will go through a quality check by us in order to ensure that the items are in a good condition.

* NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON PACIFIERS & TEETHERS & UNDERWEAR
